  • Frequently asked questions
    Why does my item differ from picture? We design with handmade prints. We use every part of the fabric. This means your item is unique and may be cut out of different parts of the print. No item is the same. Can I request custom items? If you have any special request or your size may differ from the options, please email us and we'll get back to you.
  • Returns & Exchange
    A product can be returned up to 14 days after purchase. This can be done by post using this return form. Please indicate the reason for the return and how we can be of help on this form. When returning a purchase you are not satisfied with, you as the sender must pay the shipping charge. If you decide to return or exchange something, please ensure it’s in perfect condition. This means it must be clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unused, unwashed and with the original tags attached. Any items that are returned in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Please remember always to ask for proof of purchase or track and trace, to keep record that the parcel was sent to us. We always refund your money to the same credit card used when placing the order. It’s not possible for us to make the refund to a different credit card.
  • Shipping
    After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email. We make items made to order, this means within 10 working days we will ship your item. The delivery time may vary depending on the item, with an average time of five working days. All orders are processed through the Dutch national postal services PostNL. Please note that delivery times can vary slightly depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows: EUROPE: 2-4 business days USA & CANADA: 2-5 business days REST OF THE WORLD: 2-7 business days If a shipment is rejected for some reason, the customer will be responsible for any extra costs and taxes / duties generated due to the return of the package. Please note that amount will be deducted from the refund.
